unidentified since she does not have a name xD
she is an old...OOOOLLD character I designed probably 4 years ago or something :S but I kinda like her design so I still draw her at times xD
but this one failed big time >0000< I tryed something sorta differnet I guess but it turned out horrible S: so I kinda rushed it cause it got late and I wanted to sleep xD

She is very very cute. the lines are all smooth, and the details are amazing. if you do this "rushing" then you got some talent.
